📦 Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once dispatched, your order is handed off to the shipping carrier and begins its journey to your address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Once dispatched, shipping times depend on your location. Here are typical delivery windows:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–9 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–9 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7-9 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-10 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 7-14 business days

✏️ Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It’s your responsibility to ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us at hello@pawflux.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes after this window.

If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm. If we don’t hear back, we reserve the right to cancel your order.


Delayed Deliveries

We understand how important timely delivery is. While we aim to ship quickly, occasional delays may occur due to:

PawFlux is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll keep you updated and help however we can if issues arise.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, it is outside our direct control. If your order is lost or stolen, please:

Contact the courier to file a claim.

Email us at hello@pawflux.com so we can help support your case.

We’ll do everything we can to assist. While PawFlux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

If your package cannot be found, we recommend filing a police report to support your claim.
