Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or change your order? No problem — just contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you’re still not happy, you can return it within 60 days of your order.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To start a return, email hello@pawflux.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your Order Number or the Name and Email used during checkout to help us assist you faster.
Damaged Items
We carefully pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please email hello@pawflux.com with a clear photo of the damage so we can evaluate and send a replacement if eligible.
Note: Cosmetic packaging damage is not considered a product defect. We do not refund or replace items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to get your order delivered quickly, but please understand we can’t control shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier first for updates. PawFlux is not liable for lost or stolen items once shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout! If you entered the wrong address and don't let us know within 24 hours, we can’t guarantee a resend or refund.
